If you are interested in attending Airflow Summit 2026 but require travel support, we invite you to apply for a scholarship. In addition to a complimentary event pass, selected applicants may receive travel support.
While not all questions in the application are required, we encourage you to provide as much information as possible, as this will help the selection committee better evaluate your request. Scholarships are awarded based on a combination of financial need and potential impact.
Please note that scholarships are non-transferable and may not be applied to another person or event. All applications will be reviewed by the organizing committee.
There are no “right” or “wrong” answers. Our goal with this program is to foster a more inclusive event and increase diversity among participants.
Scholarship recipients will receive:
A complimentary ticket to attend Airflow Summit 2026 Up to $600 USD in travel reimbursement for eligible expenses Reimbursements are processed after the event and are limited to the following:
Economy (coach) airfare
Hotel or accommodation (up to three nights)
As our scholarship budget is limited, we are unable to guarantee approval for all applications. As part of the scholarship, recipients will be expected to support the event through light volunteer activities, such as assisting with setup, registration, microphone support during sessions, and other on-site logistics. Specific responsibilities and schedules will be shared with selected recipients once the scholarship has been accepted.
