Sumit made his first commit to Apache Airflow in Dec 2015 and he has been a PMC member since Aug 2016. He is currently a Tech Lead in Uber’s Data Workflow team, which manages thousands of pipeline runs and millions of task executions every day. Before Uber, he worked at companies like Twitter, Astronomer, Qubole, Juniper, etc.
